About the role

  • Identify our pipeline needs from the biggest Intellectual Property holders in the world
  • Collaborate with both legal and business development teams to raise opportunities to grow the business
  • Own the music licencing pipeline and its performance to get the best of it
  • Control all revenue flow among Fever and 3rd companies related to music rights
  • Assume complete responsibility for decisions made by the growth team within your designated business line
  • Define and establish innovative growth strategies aimed at improving key business metrics and achieving sustainable expansion
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of impactful projects and solutions, contributing significantly to the company’s success
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and projects across numerous markets and regions in a multinational setting encompassing up to 40 countries

About You

  • A track record of at least 3-5 years in roles involving analytics and business strategy
  • Experience in the music industry or music licensing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and effectively lead teams or pivotal projects
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (STEM degree)
  • Adept at utilizing data to inform strategic and business decisions, emphasizing a data-centric approach
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling successful collaboration across diverse departments, disciplines, and business scenarios
  • A high level of English is required
  • A proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and pursuing opportunities while effectively addressing challenges
