We use technology to break barriers and to help improve the urban experience, saving our customers time and money and making urban life easier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Vision of the customer as the center of all processes.<\/li>\n<li>Vocation for service and ability to empathize with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Languages: Spanish and English minimum. Catalan, French or Italian would be an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer service through any of Parkimeter&#8217;s channels: telephone, e-mail, Google Play, Facebook and Twitter.<\/li>\n<li>Attention and management of doubts, complaints and incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Contact with car parks in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy to solve possible incidences.<\/li>\n<li>You will work with the company&#8217;s systems (ticketing, operational back office, e-mail&#8230;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid internship<\/li>\n<li>Internship period: 6 months<\/li>\n<li>Starting date: January<\/li>\n<li>Full time 5 days a week covering weekends (Wednesday to Sunday, Thursday to Monday, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Possibility to work remotely.
