They are preparing a business development plan so they would like to have candidates to support them during their growth and help with customer relations.<br \/>\nSpace manager in a coworking office<br \/>\n<strong>Tasks<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open OR close the office<\/li>\n<li>Reception tasks: learn sales methodologies of their services, guide new customers<\/li>\n<li>Office tasks: check that everything is in order (Internet, material, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Reply to emails from interested parties, prepare simple budgets if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Administrative tasks: order of documents, digitalization of some invoices, printing of documents for new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Update Profit and Loss statement of the company on a quarterly basis<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and content tasks: editorial calendar management of the company&#8217;s social networks, social networks tasks, develop blog content<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the internal communication of the coworking office<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile with all customers, get to know them, understand them, listen to their suggestions, report analysis, CRM analysis, market analysis<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources: Analyze and interview new internship candidates and build profile analysis for the selection process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being outgoing and easygoing<\/li>\n<li>Enjoying talking to people<\/li>\n<li>Customer relations oriented<\/li>\n<li>English intermediate<\/li>\n<li>Spanish intermediate<\/li>\n<li>Full-time<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 6 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200\u20ac-250\u20ac depending on the candidate<\/li>\n<li>Health and accidents insurance<\/li>\n<li>Training plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our collaborator is the first coworking office created in Seville, Spain.
