And guess what \u2014 we\u2019re hiring!<\/p>\n<p>As an Indie Campers Operations Intern you\u2019ll be representing our brand in person, providing our guests with world-class customer service when they start and finish road trips of a lifetime. If so, this position might be your next step.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u00b4ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Doing check-ins and check-outs of campervans, registering guests, processing payments, and explaining the vehicle functionalities, reservation details and terms &amp; conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Inspecting, cleaning and preparing our campervans after each booking, and handle any issues that may arise to make sure operations run smoothly.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining updated information on van availability, reservations and guest communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who you are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019re a student in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field (Bachelor&#8217;s, Master\u2019s or Technical Schools) looking for an internship to gain experience in the sector.<\/li>\n<li>You have a stay permit, a valid driver&#8217;s license and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory).<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re available for a full-time (40 hours) internship with flexible working hours (mandatory).<\/li>\n<li>You have a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re a problem solver who thrives on creating solutions and is not afraid to get their hands dirty.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re passionate about providing a service with care and going the extra mile.<\/li>\n<li>Travelling is one of your life\u2019s greatest pleasures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Internship options:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6 Months internship starting in April 2021<\/li>\n<li>2-3 Months internship starting on the 1st of July 2021<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid, full-time internship in a young, fast-growing and innovative company (accommodation not included).<\/li>\n<li>Continuous training and coaching to develop the skills that matter to you.<\/li>\n<li>A role where you can provide guests a more personal, alternative holiday experience.<\/li>\n<li>International opportunities and the real chance of integration after the internship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re a fast-growing digital company taking the travel industry by storm.
