The C&amp;E Sales Executive will<br \/>\ninteract frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and<br \/>\nexpanded business. Specifically, a C&amp;E Sales Executive will perform the following tasks to<br \/>\nthe highest standards:<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Manage an events schedule to maximise yield<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Participate in hotel promotional activities<br \/>\nCOMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES<br \/>\nThe individual must possess the potential to develop the following competencies, skills and<br \/>\nabilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential<br \/>\nfunctions of the job:<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Customer Focus: The ability to proactively sense and take action on customer needs<br \/>\nand opportunities.
